Accra Hearts of Oak can use returnee Winful Cobbinah in their subsequent Ghana Premier League matches after the receiving his International Transfer Certificate.
Cobbinah has made a return to Hearts after failed stints in the Saudi Arabian league with Al- Riyadh.
With the arrival of his ITC he is now eligible to feature in games for Hearts.
“It is true that the ITC of Winful Cobbinah is in the possession of Hearts of Oak so Cobbinah is now available for selection on Sunday against Olympics if only Coach Frank Nutall wishes to parade him in that particular game’’. He told Ghanasportsonline.com.
