The love life of charming Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson is back in the news again, months after her denial of News-one reports that linked her to TV host cum music star Jon Germain and Black Stars’ midfielder Derrick Boateng.
The leggy actress says she currently has no man in her life. According to her, after the last relationship collapsed, she did not bother being with any man.
However, she will not disclose the identity of who her last man was. “Right now I am not going out. I have been going out for a long time, but as at now I am not. To the question of whom I went out with, I can’t tell you now. Maybe I will tell you later on. I have been a private person all along.
I’m single now,” she told a section of the local media including News-One on Thursday at the press premiere of the latest movie titled “The Game’, at the Silverbird Cinema.
Earlier this year, News-one broke the story that she was in a relationship with Jon Germain but the relationship collapsed. That was followed by another tale of her affair with Derrick Boateng. But she denied having any amorous relationship with the two men.
The graduate of the Central University also stated that she would be launching her Yvonne Nelson Glaucoma Foundation in August to support those who are affected by Glaucoma; an ailment of the eye. Yvonne is happy about the level Ghana’s movie industry has attained so far. “We are now doing great. Now, we don’t have only one producer producing. We have so many producers and Nigerians also coming in to shoot here. Now there is more work for all of us,” she said.
