Zain Ghana, a telecommunication giant, has launched a promotion to reward all its loyal customers.
The promotion, Zain Rewardz Loyalty programme, seeks to show appreciation to customers for every amount spent consuming various Zain products be it voice, data, MMS or SMS.
A statement issued by the telecommunications company indicates that Customers will earn one point for every GH¢0.02 they use.
At a press conference in Accra on those who qualify to be on the rewardz levels, Director of Customer Care Anne Grant noted that
“Zain, since its launch a year ago, has remained wholeheartedly committed to delighting our customers through innovative products and services and excellent customer care service delivery because we recognize that they are the reason why we are in business,”
The rewards include airline tickets, holiday trips, electronic appliances, laptops, iPods, movie tickets, spa tickets and Zain branded merchandise.
Multi TV, Silverbird, Max Mart, Tesaano Sports Club, Oak Plaza Hotel, Sony Centre, IPMC, Nike, Mr. Price, Truworths, Ghana Union Assurance, Opoku Trading and Total Ghana are among the companies who have partnered with Zain on this promotion.
