Three students of the Wa Islamic Senior High School including two final year students are in the grips of the Wa police for beating a 22 year old man.The victim, Gula Sharon is alleged to be terrorizing, stealing and raping students of the school.
Speaking on , Upper West Regional correspondent, Rafik Salaam said the beating followed an altercation between the terror suspect and four ladies in the early hours of Thursday.The ladies sensed danger when Sharon confronted them. They began shouting for help from other students.Sharon, the victim fled the scene, but a mob of students followed him to his house where they beat him mercilessly.They also beat up his landlord who had attempted to restrain them. Both Sharon and his landlord are on admission at the Wa Regional Hospital.Deputy Upper West Regional Police Commander, ACP Osei Ampofo Duku said Gula Sharon has sustained a very deep cut at the back of his head.
