The University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG) are also threatening to indefinitely withdraw their services next Tuesday, April 2.
The teachers said, in a statement signed by UTAG president Dr. Anthony Simmons, that they will withdraw all teaching services in all public universities to back demands for immediate payment of all salary arrears owed its members since 2012.
Additionally,UTAG is demanding that the agreed market premium factor be applied to the current basic salary as the appropriate restoration per their earlier communiqué.
