Six people have been reported dead after the Benz bus in which they were travelling from Dabala to Sogakope in the Volta region, crashed into another.
According to Chief Superintendent for the Tongu divisional area of the Ghana Police Service, Oscar Kofi Amevenku the accident happened Wednesday dawn.
The six persons- three males and three females died in the crash after the driver attempted overtaking another Benz bus.
Other passengers on the two buses sustained injuries and are receiving treatment at the Sogakope Central Hospital.
