Vice president Kwesi Bekoe Amissah- Arthur says Ghanaian students studying abroad will not have automatic jobs in Ghana upon completion of their courses.
He says, these students may have to compete with their colleagues back home for the available jobs.
He said this when he met a group of Ghanaian students and some members of the Ghanaian community in Istanbul, Turkey.
Mr. Amissah-Artur was of the view that Ghanaians who get the opportunity to study abroad through government scholarships should acquire special expertise that will make them competitive on the job market.
He also urged the students not to only rely on already existing jobs upon completion of their courses but also try to be industrious.
