CIMG Telecoms Company of Year, Vodafone Ghana, has won Public Relations (PR) Company of the Year at the Institute’s Public Relations Excellence Awards and Presidential Ball which was held in Accra.
This new addition extends Vodafone’s long winning streak of top industry awards and strengthens its position as the most awarded telecoms company in Ghana
The award is in recognition of Vodafone’s consistency in proactively developing and delivering innovative and engaging Public Relations strategies, as well as reversing the trend of negative mentions in the media to becoming the most positively talked about brand in the telecoms industry this year.
In her acceptance speech, Carmen Bruce-Annan, Head of Brand and Corporate Communications for Vodafone said; "It is an honour to have won this prestigious award. We are so passionate about what we do, so this is certainly a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team at Vodafone. We hold a firm belief in the value of pursuing the highest standards of quality and excellence in the industry. We are grateful to the Institute for this award."
The Institute of Public Relations Ghana was established 40 years ago and is currently Ghana’s most recognised association of public relations practitioners.
