President John Mahama has directed the Minister of Food and Agriculture, Mr Clement Kofi Humado, to act as Minister of Finance in the absence of the substantive minister.Communication from the Flagstaff House to the Daily Graphic said the Finance and Economic Planning Minister, Mr Seth Terkper, is leading a government delegation to the Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Wold Bank.The communication also announced that Dr Joe Oteng-Adjei had been asked to act as the Minister of Education, as the substantive minister, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, is attending the annual UNESCO meetings.
