The Director General of the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), Dr Frank Odoom has been asked to proceed on leave pending his retirement.The office of the president directed Dr. Frank Odoom to step aside with effect from May 15, 2013.In a statement, the Information Minister announced that SSNIT’s chief legal officer, Ernest Thomson will take over from Dr. Odoom in an acting position.
