Mobile phone and computer assembling firm, RLG Communications, says it is committed to listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) despite previous suspension.
RLG last year halted plans to list on the local bourse because it says it wanted more time to build the RLG brand.
The company was looking at offloading 45 percent of its business on the exchange before December last year without raising any capital.
Speaking to Joy Business in Dubai, Chief Executive of RLG, Roland Agambire, says the plan is still on the table and could happen very soon.
Meanwhile RLG communications says it plans to open an office in Dubai, is to coordinate its global expansion into Asia, Middle East and the Americas.
The office would be opened in Dubai next month. This would make RLG the first Ghanaian company to establish a global office in the United Arab Emirates.
Roland Agambire told Joy Business the selection of Dubai is strategic.
He said the highly globalised nature of Dubai fits into the vision of the brand to be a global one.
He is certain RLG can reach out to the whole world with a global office in Dubai.
