NADMO has confirmed the death of five and the disappearance two in this week's rains that wreaked havoc on many parts of the capital, Accra.
The rains and their accompanying swirling storms uprooted trees and ripped roofs.
Properties were destroyed and lives lost.
At Bishop Bowers at Laterbiokorshie in Accra, a private sedan was smashed to the ground when a tree uprooted by strong winds fell on it.
