Joy News correspondent, Godwin Narh covering the congress said there was a steady build up of euphoria in the two and around the congress venue.Meanwhile the congress is going ahead without the PNC’s first vice chairman and MP for Zebilla, John Ndebugre.Mr. Ndebugre is battling the party in court over the legality of the exercise.Even though the courts have cleared the PNC to go ahead with the congress, the MP insists anybody who emerges today as flagbearer will not be recognized.
