Kumasi Asante Kotoko midfielder Yahaya Mohammed has used his official Facebook page to announce he would not be returning to the Porcupine Warriors.
The highly rated midfielder who was a revelation in the just ended Ghana Premier League where he masterminded Amidaus Professionals’ mid-table finish wrote on his page: “I am not going back 2 Kotoko.”
This comes as a major shock to members of the Porcupines fraternity who sees the player they sent on-loan last season as the next probably captain of the club and the one to lead them in the domestic top flight and in Africa next season.
The former OJ Nice player is in talks with Ashanti Gold, Norwegian side Stromsgodset and Medeama, who have all expressed interest in buying him.
