As part of its commitment to innovation and improved customer service, Vodafone Ghana has launched the 21.1 megabit per second (mbps) MI-Fi and modem on the Ghanaian market.
The devices provide seamless high speed internet connectivity.
The Mi-Fi connects up to five devices making it possible for family and friends to share the internet with much easy. It also has a monitoring application which is available on iTunes and Google Play and can be downloaded onto tablets and smartphones monitor network strength, battery power, number of devices connected and data used.
The modem also has a built-in QuickStart application which enables automatic connectivity to the internet in less than 30 seconds to offer an improved user experience. It also works on Windows 8 operating system.
Chief Marketing Officer for Vodafone, Uche Ofodile, said ‘’We know our customers want the best mobile internet speed available. By adopting the latest technology we are demonstrating our leadership and continued innovation in the market. With the new Mi-Fi and USB modem, our customers will have an improved mobile broadband experience and this will greatly improve customer service and satisfaction”.
The 21.1mbps Mi-Fi and modem are quick and easy to set up and can be managed through a web user interface. They can be used with any web browser irrespective of the operating system.
