President John Dramani Mahama has nominated Mr. Isaac Ashia Odamtten as the Metropolitan Chief Executive for Tema in the Greater Accra Region.
This is in accordance with Article 243(1) of the 1992 Constitution and Section 20(1) of the Local Government Act 1993, Act 462, a statement from the presidency noted.
Mr. Mr. Isaac Ashia Odamtten if approved by the Assembly, will replace Robert Kempes Ofosuware, who was removed from office in July, 2013.
Mr. Odamtten until his nomination, was Senior Manager in charge of Corprate Services at the Headquarters of International Commercial Bank (ICB).
