The first mini draw in the Societe Generale Ghana Bank 2019 'Deposit and Win Promotion' came off last Friday with 15 customers winning various prizes.
The draw was held at the head office of the bank with the National Lottery Authority (NLA) in attendance to authenticate the event and ensure that all winners were selected fairly.
Fifteen lucky customers were chosen with four customers walking away with the latest Samsung smartphones, three others with large screen LED TVs and eight with gift vouchers to one of Ghana’s leading superstores and there are more prizes to be won.
The promotion will go from strength to strength with customers from across Ghana participating for their chance to win amazing prizes.
Some of the prizes to be won includes customers driving away with three brand new Suzuki Balenos, getting trendy smartphones, LED TVs and gift vouchers through four mini draws and a final grand draw to be held on February 2020.
The bank explained that its aim is to inspire and continue to encourage the culture of saving in their customers and supporting them to plan towards a strong financial future.
Obed Hoyah, Head of retail banking at the Bank said, “At SG Ghana, we believe that our customers deserve the very best in banking.”
He added that “In a climate of banking instability and collapses, SG Ghana continues to give customers hope, stability, trustworthy banking services and products and a safe place to save, grow and protect their hard-earned money. You deserve better and we are here to continue providing that.”
He reiterated that the promotion is open to both new and existing customers with savings or current accounts.
Customers only need to make new cash or cheque deposits, transfers from other banks or receive money remittances into SG Ghana accounts, to be eligible.
To qualify, customers have to visit one of the bank’s 40 outlets, fill out a form, make a deposit of ¢200, maintain and/or increase it to ¢1000.
In all a total of 63 lucky customers will be rewarded.
