Reports in the local media claimed the board chairman of Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afede, dismissed coach David Duncan following a grudge between the said coach and striker Fiamenyo.
But the 21-year-old has quickly refuted those claims and gave his support to David Duncan.
"It is never true that I had a grudge with Coach Duncan. Duncan has no player with me or any other Hearts of Oak player," Fiamenyo said on Asempa FM's 'Fire for Fire' show.
"I can't even sleep because the supporters always insult me that I am the reason Duncan was sacked. I am a young player coming up and this issue worries me a lot."
"The players like Duncan very well because he fights for the players. He motivates and inspires us to put up good performance all the time."
"It's the board's decision to sack coach Duncan. I have no idea why he was sacked."
The Board of Directors of Accra Hearts of Oak will on Monday meet at the club secretariat to decide whether to reinstate sacked technical head Coach Duncan after he was handed his quit letter at the club’s training grounds on Friday.
