Pokman Time Centre (PTC), a leading Ghanaian brand in retail and wholesale of world class brands of watches has opened its third sales outlet at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra.
The opening ceremony, which took place on Tuesday December 3, also unveiled the new multi-purpose Frank Master Chronograph watch brand to the Ghanaian market.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr Nii Lantey Vanderpuiye urged Pokman to have a medium term plan to assemble and manufacture their watches in Ghana instead of importing them.
The Minister said this will create more jobs for the youth, and bring in more revenue to the country.
He assured the company of the Ministry's support to enable them face the challenges of the international market.
Pokman Time Centre, which is a subsidiary of PRG Industries in Hongkong, already has two other outlets - one in Takoradi and another in Kumasi.

Chief Executive Officer of PRG Industries, Hongkong, Mr Sharma Gary, said the launch of the new Frank Master Chronograph confirms Pokman Time Centre's resolve to be a force to reckon with in retail and wholesale of world class watch brands.
He said there are plans to set up an assembling plant in Ghana.
Mr Owusu Afriyie, Spokesperson for PTC said the Group would continue working towards opening of other sales outlets in other regions.
