The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bond Financial Services Limited, Mr. George Ofosuhene has assured customers of the firm plans are far advanced to roll out products and services on the Savings and Loans platform this year.
“As we look into the future, there will be the continuity of countless initiatives that are targeted at deepening the customer experience. The company has in line with its strategy taken steps to roll out products and services on the Savings and Loans platform.
“We have progressed very well in this direction and, come January, Bond will unveil attractive products and services that will exceed customer expectation,” he assured.
Mr. Ofosuhene made this known during Bond’s end of year cocktail event held at the Golden Tulip Hotel. The purpose of the cocktail was to interact with customers and show appreciation for their loyalty to Bond over the years.
According to him, last year, businesses had to contend with the election petition at the Supreme Court, rising inflation, unstable exchange rate and irregular electricity supply and in spite of these challenges the customers continued to show faith in Bond Financial Service by doing business with the firm.
“As a result of the partnership with you, we were able to navigate through these turbulent courses successfully. As has been our focus and strategy, every decision we make is about what is in the best interest of you our customers, which we strive to keep in mind at all times.”
The CEO intimated that, “we are not just in the Finance House business; we are in the business of making our customers successful as aptly captured by our tagline, “your success, our passion,” adding, “We are aware that one of the ways to secure the relationship we have is to maintain our excellent customer experience which is what sets us apart from our competitors.”
According to him, “We have in the period under review sharpened our focus in this area with a number of initiatives. For the first time we have in place a strategy implementation team responsible for the customer; we also conducted a customer satisfaction survey, redesigned our website, acquired a new software just to mention a few initiatives. As the CEO, I am incredibly proud of how we deliver on the ‘customer first’ promise and therefore it came as no surprise when you scored us high in the survey. These initiatives reinforce our absolute commitment to customer service and relationship approach.”
He, therefore, entreated customers to continue to patronize Bond’s products and services and assured them that “The company has so many talented and passionate people who are ready to craft and deliver customer focused solutions to your problems.”
