Golden Bean Hotel has won three top customer service awards for its sterling performance in customer service delivery in Ghana’s hospitality industry.
At the 8th Ghana Customer Service Awards held in Accra at the Accra City Hotel, the hotel was crowned ‘Best in Customer Service (Hospitality Facility of the year)’ for its sterling performance in the delivery of Customer Service; Customer trusted Hospitality sector brand and ranked among Ghana’s best 50 for Customer Service Excellence for its outstanding delivery of customer service all in the year 2019 to 20 under review.
The Ghana Customer Service awards reognises organisations that are in good standing in the delivery of customer service.
Golden Bean Hotel executives led by the Sales and Marketing Manager, Melchizedek Owusu Boachie, Front Office Manager, Sarah Laryea and a Sales Executive, Edna Kennedy ,were present at the awards ceremony to receive the award.
Speaking to the media, Mr. Melchizedek Owusu Boachie emphasized that Customer Service plays a major role in the hospitality industry as such was optimistic the awards scheme will spur development in the sector.
“At Golden Bean hotel we believe we’ve made a giant leap in the industry because the satisfaction of our clients has been the core mandate of our operations since inception and also being the only institution to have come from the Ashanti Region, we deem it an honor but yet, a responsibility to do more. Eyes are watching us and our guests are evaluating us. We cannot fall short of what is expected of us and we will continue to make sure we provide hospitality beyond expectation” he assured.
In a goodwill message, the General Manager of the Golden Bean Hotel, Mr. Francis Alley Deyegbe, described the award as timely as the hotel is celebrating its 5th Anniversary. “We are indeed proud that our excellence in customer service during this 5 years journey has been acknowledged. We hope to maintain it and even take it to a higher pedestal”.
