The wellbeing of people is paramount to us”.
Mr Owusu Boachie seized the occasion to assure patrons of the hotel to expect nothing but best of services as it surges forward after 5 years. “Kumasi is becoming more cosmopolitan so we’re designing our products and services like the ‘tailor-made’ to serve them better”.
Donation to charity
Donations to charity formed core part of the celebrations as the hotel visited an orphanage and mental homes to presented beddings and items including food and drinks to Remar Ghana, Kumasi Cheshire home and Cherubs orphanage all located in Kumasi.
Handing over the items, Mr Francis Alley Deyegbe, the General Manager observed that the hotel could not have celebrated the anniversary better than coming to the doorstep of the less privileged in the society who deserved to be happy just like the privileged. “This also formed part of our corporate social responsibility initiative. We are in the tourism sector and as a tourist, you should be welcoming and hospitable” he added.
The kids and inmates at the Remar Ghana orphanage home were full of joy as they savoured the chocolate, food and drinks made available to them.
Director of the Orphanage, Nana Opoku Ware thanked Golden Bean hotel for associating with the less privileged as it marks its 5th Anniversary. He urged other corporate entities and individuals to emulate the gesture.
A grand anniversary cocktail reception was held inside the famous Dome of the hotel where corporate clients and the general public were hosted to a scintillating night worth remembering.
