Ghana middleweight boxer Sena Agbeko believes he is ready to make a mark in the boxing world come February 28.

Ghana’s only graduate boxer will fight for the first time in the United States on February 28 when he  mounts the ring against Raymond Gatica in a Middleweight contest  over 6 rounds on the ESPN and Banner Promotions’ 2014 Boxcino Tournament at the Horseshoe Casino, Hammond, Indiana.

The competition involves Lightweight and Middleweight boxers from various parts of the world who will compete in a knockout format beginning February 21 2014.

The young pugilist speaking on Asempa fm, Agbeko (15-0, 15 KOs) revealed that he is ever ready to go pass American, Raymond Gatica alias Ray Lino (13-2, 8 KOs) to qualify for the next stage of the competition.

“I’ve watched his various clips and am I saying he is not so special although he is a good fighter but I think he is not beatable. I have really train hard for his bout and I believe I will beat him and progress to the next stage of the competition.

“Am looking forward to stop him at the 3rd round but if he proves stubborn and finishes all the 6 rounds am definitely going to win by unanimous decision.

“Although there will be no fans going to cheer me up since am away from home but Ghanaians are looking forward for me to excel, so I think is enough motivation for me to put up my best show so I don’t think that fans are going to factor”. He added.

Yakubu Amidu and Samuel Neequaye will also raised the flag of Ghana high as they compete in lightweight division on February 21 2014 at the Edgewater Hotel & Casino in Laughlin, Nev.
