Apostle Kadmel Agbelenyoh, Head of the Seventh Day Church of Theocracy, has advised Christians to always lead disciplined and simple lives to influence others to join their fold.
Apostle Agbelenyo, who gave the advice at a church service at its headquarters at Homedakrom in the Eastern Region on Saturday, also led the members of the congregation from across the regions, to pray for the nation and the sick.
He noted that the country was approaching an electioneering year and therefore, prayed to God to lead and guide political parties to organise their campaigns peacefully, without any violence.
He reiterated the need for leaders and supporters of the various political parties to be tolerant of all shades of opinion to help promote peace and unity during the period.
Apostle Agbelenyoh said it behoved Christians to pray fervently for the nation, adding that Christians have the onerous responsibility to be peacemakers who should build bridges of reconciliation among the people.
He also urged Christians to intensify their teachings on good parenting, adding they should impact positively to the youth doctrines that will not allow the youth to go wayward.
