Transport Minister Dzifa Attivor says her outfit is anxiously working to resolve all the grievances that led to a strike action by air traffic controllers at the Kotoka International Airport.
She said a committee has been set up to address the challenges by the workers.
On Tuesday, local flights were grounded to a halt and passengers across the country were left stranded as a result of the strike.
Attivor explained the grievances have more to do with technical issues than conditions of service.
She said among other things that the workers were seeking appointment into certain positions.
The minister told Joy News the workers have also agreed to resume work while their grievances are resolved.
Meanwhile, the domestic airlines have taken turns to apologise to the stranded passengers and in some cases refunded monies to them.
