Ghanaian forward John Antwi has been named in the Egyptian League All-Star team for the first round, Goal Ghana can exclusively reveal.
The versatile arrow head, who can also play on both flanks, has scored seven goals in 10 games as his side sits second behind leaders Petrojet.
The former Dreams FC and Eleven Wise youngster is the only player from Sub-Saharan Africa in the team.
“I will continue to work hard for my team in the second round to ensure that we clinch the ultimate. I thank God for being in the All-Star team for the first round and I believe I can do more,” Antwi told Goal Ghana.
The 21-year-old hopes to break into the Black Stars setup in the coming years ahead.
