The suspended Lower Manya Constituency Chairman of National Democratic Congress(NDC), Mr Wisdom Tsatsu has been reinstated.Mr Felix Amannor, Constituency Secretary of the party, disclosed this to newsmen at Koforidua on Friday after a reconciliatory meeting between the executive members under the auspices of the Eastern Regional Executives of the party.Mr Tsatsu was suspended in July last year following an uncomplimentary remarks he made about Mr Michael Nyaunu, Member of Parliament for Lower Manya, and other executives of the party in the constituency.Mr Amanor gave the assurance that with the resolution of the differences among the executive members, the party would work in unity and maintain its hold on the constituency which it had won since 1992.Mr Anthony Gyampoh, Eastern Regional Secretary of the party, reminded them that the party was relying on them to ensure it won both the presidential and parliamentary elections in the constituency convincingly to support the total victory of the party in this year’s elections.Engineer Adu Boateng, Chairman of the Eastern Regional Conflict Resolution Committee of the party, urged Mr Tsatsu and the other executive members to take advantage of the unity within the party to reconcile members of the party in the constituency.Source: GNA
