Operations manager of Ebusua Dwarfs John Ansah says this year’s First Capital Plus premier league has been one of the most competitive leagues ever.
With 6 games for the season to come to an end Kotoko who have lost six games still hold a ten point advantage over second placed Heart of Lions.
And it looks like from the 9th placed team to the bottom team are all not safe from relegation.
John Ansah believes the contest so far has been tight and will not be surprised if Kotoko wins the league.
“I think is one of the competitive leagues I have witnessed and I can’t recollect the last time we had this type of tight league but is been very challenging and you cannot see which team is going or coming, is been very competitive,”
“We have seen a lot of good officiating and good work from the Premier League Board and by the support of the security and for me so far so good I haven’t seen anything that I can complain,”
“There is something happening in this seasons league, one of which you can’t pre determined matches before they are played.”
Asked if Kotoko can win the league after opening a 10-point lead he stated that,
“It can be a done deal, Kotoko have been winning some of the away matches it gives them the edge to be where they are and I don’t see them dropping, is likely they might go with the trend they are going.”
