The new Artiste of the Year, Kwaw Kesse alias Abodam has been involved in a motor accident.
He was driving a black unregistered Ford Urvan when the accident accured.
He reportedly rammed his vehicle into a taxi at Adabraka in Accra.
His vehicle has since been towed away.
Kwaw Kesse was the undisputed king at the 9th edition of the MTN/Ghana Music Awards night at the National Theatre in Accra on Saturday night.
The sensational unofficial King of Streetism swept four prizes, including the Artiste of the Year.
Highly optimistic Abodam, as Kwaw Kesse is popularly known had indicated he was in for a sweep, for, after receiving his first award he said “I will be back”.
Indeed he did come back picking the Hiplife Album of the Year, Hiplife Artiste of the Year and Hiplife Song of the Year which he dedicated to all chaps struggling to eke a living off the streets, asserting that the recognition done him was a dream come true.
