Great Olympics and Tema Youth go head-to-head in the final match of the play-offs as victory for either side will guarantee a return to the Premier League.
Tied on six points apiece after winning their previous two games, the competition in Zone III will certainly be decided by the result of the game at the Baba Yara Stadium, Friday afternoon as the former premiership sides meet in the decider.
This play-off could head for a rematch in the event of a draw after normal regulation time.
The outcome of the other group fixture at the Len Clay Stadium involving Okwawu United and Istanbul will have no bearing on who wins promotion to the top-flight competition as either side are out of contention.
In Saturday's contest in Zone II, table-toppers, Feyenoord need just a point to qualify for the Premier League having won their two previous games.
The Fetteh side will come up against Dunkwa United at the Accra Stadium while Eleven Wise meet Gold Stars at the Tema Stadium.
