Medeama's hopes of playing themselves out of the relegation zone in the Premier League took another blow after a 1-0 loss to AshantiGold on Sunday.

Awudu Nafiu scored the decisive goal that secured the Miners all three points in the outstanding match-day-25 fixture.
And the victory ends AshantiGold's winless run of three games in the competition which has three more matches to go.
