Hearts of Oak Board member Dr Nyaho Tamakloe has expressed shock at the degree of malfeasance by interdicted Managing Director Neil Amstrong-Mortagbe.

After a board meeting on Monday, the FIFA Marketing consultant was asked to step aside after only ten months in charge.
Board Member Dr Nyaho Tamakloe who was part of the meeting in an interview with Joy sports stated they were shocked by the degree of malfeasance after preliminary investigations and he does not expect Neil Armstrong to return to the club.
“If you want to hear bluntly which of course you want to hear I personally think don’t think he will return because just the surface got all of us surprised and startled so the report might come out with something more frightening which we are yet to see,” he told Joy sports
“We had complaints some from the public and the media houses that there had been a lot of things going on at the secretariat which we were told the MD himself was involved and some this things were so disturbing.
“We were shocked and I don’t think any member of the Board expected this from him and I think it has thought us a big lesson and I think in future we will know how to go about certain appointments and placing people at certain positions as far as the club is concerned.”
