The Ghana Olympic Committee has appointed African Origin Travel and Sports Tourism as the Authorised Ticket Reseller (ATR) for the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
As Ghana’s ATR for the Games, African Origin becomes the sole authorised organisation responsible for the sale of event tickets for the Commonwealth Games.
The Ghana-based Travel and Tour Company will also be responsible for providing hospitality services and packages to Ghanaians who want to be part of the Games.
A release signed by Richard Akpokavie, Secretary General of GOC noted: "The GOC appointed African Origin after a detailed application and screening exercise following an earlier public advertisement for prospective candidates to apply for the ATR".
Ghana will be making its 15th appearance in the CWG in Glasgow, from 23rd July to 3rd August 2014.
