The police have already launched an investigation into the friendly game which will take place at the Fulham's Craven Cottage, working on a tip-off over attempts to fix the game.
It is understood that the United Kingdom's National Crime Agency, have alerted world governing body FIFA over their findings with regards to a possibility that the game could be fixed.
In preparations for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil,Nigeria will first play a friendly game against the Tartan Army before jetting out to the United States of America to continue with their camping exercise.
World Cup warm-up matches are renowned to be targetted by match fixers acting on behalf of illegal betting syndicates in the Far East.
Just last month,a Singaporean match fixer Wilson RajPerumal claimed that he fixed games that helped qualify Nigeria for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
FIFA has commenced investigations into those claims, and could sanction Nigeria if found guilty.
