Braimah Kamoko aka Bukom Banku on Thursday paid homage to His Royal Majesty, Otumfuo Osei Tutu I I, the Asantehene.
Bukom Banku who came in the company of his manager, thanked Nana and the people of Ashanti for their support during the epic encounter with Ayitey Powers in the bout dubbed “Judgement Day” last month at the Accra Sports Stadium
He donated the pair of hand gloves which he used in beating Ayitey Powers to Otumfuo by a unanimous decision.
The undefeated boxer told Otumfuo “I brought you the gloves I used to beat Ayitey Powers.Keep it here. If anybody come to mess up here used it to give him upper cut”.
They also sort permission from the Asantehene to stage the return encounter with Ayitey Powers here in Kumasi which Otumfuo endorsed.
