Twenty five lucky subscribers of Glo Mobile Ghana who won in the ‘Let's Go To Brazil’ Promotion have been unveiled.
The telecoms company on Wednesday presented the final batch of winners in the promo to the press at a colourful ceremony held at its Gloworld experiential shop at Ringroad Central in Accra.
The company announced that all the promo winners scheduled to travel to Brazil would depart on Thursday, June 19, 2014.
Glo gave cash packages of GHc 5,000 to winners who could not make the trip to Brazil due to technical challenges such as unavailability of passports and inability to get a valid visa.
One of the winners, in a philanthropic gesture, donated his prize to the Demonstration School for the Deaf, Mampong Akropong.
Glo Mobile said nine of the 25 lucky subscribers had successfully completed their travel documentations and were set for the once-in-a-lifetime trip to the land of football.
