Hearts of Oak coach Kosta Papic has tasked the club to fasten the the process of acquiring the International Transfer Certificate of Bernard Don Bortey.
Bortey remains unattached after his contract with Israeli side Bnei Sakhin was terminated in August this year.
The player has impressed Papic with his lightening speed and trademark free-kicks at the training ground.
Hearts have won two successive league matches and are currently on the top of the league log after two rounds of matches.
