Asamoah Gyan scored his first competitive goal for his French club Rennes on Saturday as they moved into second place in Ligue 1 with a come from behind 2-1 win at Lorient.The hosts had taken the lead with a first half stoppage time strike from Jeremy Morel before the Ghana international and then French-born Moussa Sow turned the game around late in the second half.Gyan has been blighted by injury since joining Rennes from Udinese in a record transfer fee of US$15m in August.The goal is his first in a competitive match since joining the French outfit as he has already scored in friendly matches for the club.Rennes coach Guy Lacombe said: "It was infuriating to be led at half-time.
