The Ministry of the Interior has declared Friday, April 6 (Good Friday) and Monday, April 9 (Easter Monday) as public holidays and should be observed as such throughout the country.
This was contained in a statement signed in Accra on Tuesday, April 3, 2007 by Minister of the Interior Albert Kan-Dapaah.
