Supreme Court nominee, Yoni Kulendi

Parliament’s Appointments Committee (PAC) on Tuesday, May 12 vetted the two remaining nominees of President Akufo-Addo to the Supreme Court.
Private legal practitioner Yoni Kulendi and senior lecturer and law professor Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu faced the committee to answer questions on legal issues and practices that concern their profession.
Their vetting comes after Justice Clemence Jackson Honyenuga and Justice Issifu Omoro Tanko Amadu faced members of PAC on Monday.
