FBNBank Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Limited has formally opened its Tip Toe Lane agency, located on the ground floor of the Osabarima PlazaOpposite Modern Photos.
With the bank’s "You first" customer proposition, the Tip Toe Lane agency commissioning forms part of FBNBank Ghana’s strategy to bring financial services closer than ever to its customers to make products and services available to all.
It also signals the expansion of FBNBank’s presence in the country to meet the increasing financial solutions needs of individuals and businesses.
In an address, the FBNBank Ghana Managing Director, Victor Yaw Asante said “we have been driving a digital agenda, which leverages new and evolving technologies to facilitate access to everyday financial services for our consumers and businesses.
"This has culminated in the opportunity presented to our customers to make real-time financial transactions using FBNBank Ghana’s *894# Quick Banking, FBNMobile, Online Banking, and Agent Banking.”
Mr. Asante added that “the bank does not lose sight of the fact that there should also be comfortable and convenient touch points for our clients who occasionally need to physically interact with us to be able to do so at a place such as our Tip Toe Lane Agency.”
The FBNBank Ghana MD assured that with the brand’s depth of experience and sound financial knowledge spanning 126 years, “we have interacted with our customers to understand their needs."
"Based on this understanding, we have provided tailored products and services to suit these needs in our quest to seek relevant ways of growing our customers, ourselves, and our business.
"It is as a result of this that our brand has become a constant financial partner through our customers' lives.”
Mr. Asante urged traders in the Tip Toe Lane hub that make transfers to their suppliers in Nigeria, China and other parts of the world for the purchase of goods to do so through FBNBank Ghana.
