Luv News' checks in Kumasi has revealed a Bibiani Logging Limited project captured in the NPP’s 2016 Manifesto tracker as completed does not exist.
The facility was among the projects listed under the Asokwa Municipal Assembly as a completed wood product manufacturing company.
Authorities said they do not know the source of the project on the tracker.
Managers of the over 40-year-original Bibiani Logging and Lumber Company Limited located at Kaase say they’ve not received any support from government for any project on their premises.
During a visit to another company’s premises, it was found that a UNIJAY garment production company listed as completed on the tracker was progressing from the ground stage.

It was also learnt that UNIJAY’s existing business was used as a requirement in qualifying for a Prudential Bank Loan of GHS12 million under the 1D1F initiative.
The government is assisting with the payment of half of the 20 percent interest on the loan.
Chief Executive Officer of UNIJAY Fashions, Janet Abobigu is .
"When the government announced that ! District 1 Factory was coming, we also had this land. So we wrote our proposal to them and they understood us.
"So we sent our proposal to Prudential Bank. Government is paying 10% of the interest while UNIJAY is also paying 10%," she told Luv FM's Erastus Asare Donkor.
When completed the two-storey edifice is expected to increase employment from the 150 currently to 250.
Personnel would be recruited, trained and employed from the locality.
