Per the figures from the EC, first-time voters between 18 and 21 years old make up the largest chunk of the age demography.
The total number of registered voters within this age bracket is 2,635,050 representing 15.5%

Amongst all the regions in Ghana, the North East Region recorded the highest registered first-time voters with 222,740 representing 23.7%.
On the flipside, Greater Accra Region recorded the lowest number of voters between the ages of 18-21 years old with 11.9% which is equivalent to 419,318.
