The Audit Service Board has asserted that the retirement date for Auditor-General, Daniel Yao Domelevo was June 1, 2020. However, Mr Domelevo has stated otherwise, leaving questions on the minds of Ghanaians as to whether he shall maintain his position as he returns to post after 167 days of accumulated leave.
Meanwhile, Parliament’s Appointments Committee on Monday rejected three Ministerial Nominees; Information Minister-designate Kojo Oppong Nkrumah; Minister-designate for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Mavis Hawa Koomson and Minister-designate for Food Agriculture, Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto after vetting.

Guest for the programme includes the Director of Advocacy and Policy Engagement, CDD Ghana, Dr Kojo Pumpuni; Co-Chair, Citizens Movement against Corruption and Management and Development Consultant, Edem Senanu.
Also expected to be present is the President of Imani Centre for Policy and Education, Franklin Cudjoe; and Senior Research Fellow, Odekro, Prof Kwabena Sarfo Kantanka.
