A 40-year-old man who allegedly murdered his wife and two children at Ntronang in the Brim North District has been arrested by police in the Eastern Region.
Emmanuel Gafa was smoked out from his hideout at Nyanoa near Adeiso.
The suspect was declared wanted after he fled from Ntronang where the family were found dead and locked up in their room.
Patience Kpezle, 38 and her two children, Berlinda Gafa,13 and Isaac Nyarko Gafa, 11, were found dead after police forced open the door to their room following a report lodged the assemblyman of the area.
The assemblyman, Dodze Samuel, reported to the police a stench emanating from the room.
Patience and her husband, according to residents, have been quarrelling since she moved to live with her husband at Akyem Ntronang after they got married.
Eastern Regional Police PRO, DSP Ebenezer Tetteh, who confirmed the arrest said, the suspect is in the custody of the New Abirim Police command.
