Mawuli Senior High School is facing challenges with providing its students with an ultra-modern ICT laboratory.
According to management of the school, students have to take turns to use the current laboratory when studying Information Communication and Technology (ICT) due to the limited number of machines.
Assistant Headmaster, Mr Shadrach Abiwu, speaking to JoyNews said the large population of students is making teaching and learning of the subject difficult especially for those who have it as an elective course.
The school currently has a student population of over 4,226. This figure excludes freshmen.
Mr Shadrach Abiwu, therefore, appealed to the government, individuals and organisations to help furnish the school with computers to improve teaching and learning.
Some of the students who spoke to JoyNews reiterated the urgent need to have a well-equipped ICT lab on campus.
"We need well-equipped ICT labs, especially for the elective ICT subject and we need government to focus on our issue and solve it urgently," a student noted.
