Ghanaians on social media have reacted differently after watching musician Kuami Eugene perform on BBC1xtra show hosted by British DJ and radio personality Tim Westwood.
The singer known for his Highlife Tunes, chose to rap on the show.
This came unexpected for many who though have seen Kuami Eugene attempt to rap on a few songs, do not know him as a rapper.
Some Ghanaians are pleased with what he did given that he is not known for rap.
However, others believe he should have chosen to sing instead, because they were unimpressed with his rap efforts.
See the mixed reactions below:
Kuami Eugene rhymed “abused, confused and refused” with Castro’s “dem dey do dey do dey do” on Tim Westwood and you’re telling me he isn’t the BEST GHANAIAN RAPPER to ever do this rap shid?!!!! Come again please! Nobody is touching my rockstar! Gaddammit😭

Guy started music as a rapper even before he went to hitmaker. He started the singing later and made his name as a singer
