Doctors said he would not be able to speak or walk normally again, following two major brain surgeries.
Jude Nana Oti-Darko was diagnosed with a life-threatening tumour when he was born.

Young, shy and determined. Jude spots a facial surgery line and skin-grafted nose, a visible story of his childhood predicament.

Jude's parents were hesitant to send him to school.

He was discovered by the Wadoma Educational Complex, a school at Gbawe in the Greater Accra region that gives educational opportunities to less privileged children.

After mentoring and encouragement from the school, Jude did not only walk and talk but topped his class.

Erastus Asare Donkor has more on the life of this miraculous child and how one Ghanaian intends to spread affordable educational opportunities to the less privileged, community by community.
