Ghana’s Youngest Musician Fotocopy has been nominated for the Emerging Act of the Year Award at the Ghana Music Awards-USA.
He was nominated alongside some other top artistes for the award.
The eight-year-old grade four pupil last year won the award for the Young Music Artiste of the Year at the 2021 Emerging Music Awards, Artiste of the Year at the 2021 Youth Eminence Awards and is a Voice of America Children’s Day Winner, 2021
Kallai Nana Qwaachi sometime last year featured renowned musician Shatta Wale on his song, School Dey Be’.
The song currently has close to 1Million views on YouTube and continues to enjoy massive streaming on various digital music platforms.
The young musician was recently in South Africa for his education campaign ‘School Dey Be’ He was on the streets, visited schools, public parks, churches, radio and TV stations to propagate his message about the importance of education.
There in South Africa he worked in the famous Kalawa Jazmee studios and featured South African music legends, Uhuru on his yet to be released song.
