The Managing Director of Studio 7, Trudy Boateng has won the Best Beauty and Lifestyle Personality of the Year Award at the just ended Forty Under 40 Awards organised by Xodus Communications in Accra.
The prestigious award is in recognition of her dedication and commitment to building the Beauty industry, as well as being a highly respected company advocating for best business practices in sector.
Interacting with the media after receiving the award, Ms. Boateng was grateful to her clients and staff for their continuous support.
“I am greatly honored with this Business award. I was one of many ladies and gentlemen who were nominated for this award, and I can tell you that each of them is worthy of this award. I am really excited that I won it and want to thank you for supporting me and trusting my professional qualities.
“I maintain that the beauty industry is underrated in Ghana but I will continue to contribute my quota to build up the industry and make it an even more respected one,” she said.
The award scheme is an initiative by Xodus Communications Limited with support from Ministry of Youth and Sports and Ministry of Tourism.
The award scheme seeks to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of 40 years from a wide range of industries.
Ms. Boateng is co-founder of the Women Entrepreneurs Festival Africa, an annual celebration and rallying point for young female business owners.
She offers financial guidance for small businesses as well as tips on how to make your company stand out regardless of the industry.
